Natural Allergy Relief

Ah, the dreaded allergy season.  I remember those days.  Itchy watery eyes, headaches, hives and just feeling tired and blah.  The season is upon us so I thought I would write this blog on a subject that is near and dear to a lot of our hearts.

Here is some interesting information about allergies:

Allergies are not just a seasonal irritant.  Many illnesses, including autoimmune disorders, immune system disorders and inflammatory diseases arise from years of untreated allergy symptoms.

Allergies can elicit many different symptoms, so wide and varied they can be difficult to detect over some other conditions.  Allergies are a sign of a weakened immune system.  Symptoms of a weakened immune system are: sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose, itching, dermatitis (dandruff, eczema, psoriasis), earache, congested nasal passages, headaches, hives, welts and fatigue to name a few.  Research indicates that blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, arthritis, psoriasis and other degenerative diseases can develop as a result of untreated allergies.

There are many vitamins and minerals that support the immune system, and I have tried them all!  They are great to use for overall good health, but the only product I have ever used that actually totally took away my allergy symptoms (and as a bonus I never get sick), is ImmunoCare.

I was allergic to dog dander, dust, dairy products, ragweed, pollen and if I ate any meat where the animal was injected with penicillin (which I tried to avoid, but sometimes when eating out you cannot avoid it), I would get very bad hives.

Out of desperation I spent many years using over the counter allergy medication, only to feel dopey and light headed.  I didn’t want to use chemically filled medications and wanted to use something natural, but I had spent so much money trying natural products…and nothing worked.  I changed my diet, changed my living situation, and I still suffered.  These things definitely helped my overall health, but nothing took the allergy symptoms away 100%.  On top of that, I was getting colds and the flu regularly.

I now take ImmunoCare daily and I have a dog again (yeah!), the seasons come and go, my house is not dust free (ha!)  and I can eat dairy and eat out  without the worry of hives.  I have not had the flu in over 6 years.

There is a ton of science behind ImmunoCare, but I won’t bore you with all that here.  If you want to get all of that information and much more, please go to my website at www.balance-your-immune-system-naturally.com/
